Kwasa Damansara is a 2,300-acre township area — it is not the name of a single project or a single developer. The township’s master developer is Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Employees Provident Fund (EPF), which plans the overall masterplan. Within it, several separate developers — including Sunsuria, MRCB, Gadang, and TSR Capital — are independently building their own residential projects.
